Hilary Weiner
FOUNDER
After college in her native South Africa, Hilary worked for an international company for several years and ran her own agency until she moved to the United States.
Hilary spent 8 years at MRI – the world’s largest recruiting firm – before starting the Cape Recruiting Group. She attributes her success to relationship building and networking. Hilary has been married more than half her life to a physician, so she is very connected in the medical field.

Donna Kells
PARTNER
Donna joined the Cape Recruiting Group in 2018. Like Hilary, she hails from South Africa. Her background is in the mental health field. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland and received her master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling from New York University.
Donna spent many years as a licensed clinical professional working with both children and adults. She made the transition in her career after she and her husband welcomed their first child. Donna loves working with people, forming relationships, and building upon individual strengths. She brings her counseling background, passion for people, and positive energy to the Cape Recruiting Group.

Brenna Burke
EXECUTIVE RECRUITER
Brenna joined the Cape Recruiting Group in 2022. She spent most of the past decade as a NICU nurse. She is always looking for opportunities to help others which is what drew her to nursing and now to recruiting. She has two children and one fur baby. In her spare time she loves to bake and hike in her home state of Arizona.
